Our prices on the price list are full and final. The client shouldn't fear any additional costs for issue of shares or express mail, for instance. We do not offer any unnecessary extra documents for a fee. But we do offer all additional services that you might need.

1 - The full package includes additionally one natural person as a nominee director and shareholder, and a set of notarial documents with an Apostille together with an authorisation.
2 - The full package includes three natural persons as nominee directors and a legal body as a nominee shareholder, a notarial certificate of foundation with an Apostille, articles of association and appointment of directors, and a notarial authorisation with an Apostille.
3 - A set of two companies operating under an agency contract. Ask for additional information.
Annuities include:
- The company's legal address
- State fees
- Services of a local lawyer who acts as the company's official registered agent according to local legislation.
